Why The Brunettes are better than ever*

After accidentally setting our iPod alarm to "Loopy Loopy Love" by The Brunettes and consequently having that adorabley infectious song replay in our heads everyday, it is no surprise that this New Zealand twee pop duo was both consciously (and subconsciously) smack in the middle of our music radar. And, good thing it was -- because we recently picked up their latest release, Structure and Cosmetics, and absolutely cannot get enough of it!

If you are a sucker for fun yet sophisticated guy/girl vocals like us (think along the lines of The Lucksmiths crossed with The Concretes), then you seriously need to give these tracks a listen. . .
