After an intense run on the track (ummm where some of us did more walking than running, eh hemm!!), conditioning for The Bier Markt Ohio City Run 'n Crawl 5K we are participating in mid-June, we are are currently enjoying this breathtakingly beautiful evening on our patio, listening to some great tunes and sipping on some fine wine. . . Our weapons of choice this evening are: a lovely Jacob's Creek Rosé and La Playa Chardonnay (disclaimer: we usually are not fans of Chardonnay yet feel strongly that this is an exception to the rule).

Hey, good luck with your 5k training. I ran it last year and it's a nice little course through Ohio City, followed by a free beer at the Bier Markt. Can't beat that on a Saturday night. Hope to see you there.
